I am having an affair with Arugula....


I love it. I just love it. The flavor is
so amazing and it is such a nice change
from spinach.

Try this recipe and let me know what you think!

Arugula
Candied Pecans
Avocado
Red Onion
Goat Cheese
Briannas Real Vinagrette Dressing (the one with the artichoke on the bottle)
Chicken (optional)

I had no idea what Arugula was, so I Googled it, and it turns out is was used as an aphrodisiac...very interesting... We'll definitely be added this to our dinners. :)
