Just another Friday night...

Kudo's to Brad for planning such an amazing night. We flew out of the Palo Alto airport just in time to see the tail end of the sunset, flew over the bay and arrived in Napa in under 30 minutes! We had dinner at Jonesy's (at the airport) then back over San Francisco to get home. The views were unbelievable! Thanks to Rob for getting us up and down safely!

Did you know that this past Monday and Tuesday were feel sorry for Liz day? If not... you really missed out. There was a lot of wallowing, complaining, worrying, anxiety, over-thinking, rambling, snide remarks and maybe a tear or two . They were really "great"days. In the midst of these "productive" days I stumbled upon this video. I watched it. Then I watched it again. Then I felt better. If were only always that easy. "Run this Town"...worth watching.

Palo Alto Moonlight Run...

(Brad, Liz, Whit, Brit and Elias)
This is such a fun run. It is at night on a trail that circles a portion of the bay. Brad ran it with out training and of course finished ahead of me. I hate boys. The only saving grace was that he hurt for a couple days and I felt fine! It was a ton of fun training with these girls. Thanks for making us run fast "er" Whitney!
